Detailed description:

This class can be used to validate values submitted using Web forms.

It takes as parameters the value of submitted form field, a validation rule , validation parameters, and an error message.

The class stores the error message in a class variable when value does not pass the requested validation rule.

Currently it supports the types of validation rules: text, numeric, email, empty, null, scheck, mcheck and select.
