Detailed description
:
This class can be used to transliterate text encoded in UTF-8 to Latin characters.
It extracts each Unicode character from an UTF-8 encoded text string and tries to find a suitable equivalent Latin character.
The class reads character mappings from the entities.ini file. This file may be edited to add or change mappings of Unicode characters.
